Fees

Assessment Fees

Assessment fees include the following:

  • Assessment session(s) with the young person
  • Scoring, analysis, and interpretation of the assessment results
  • Provision of a written report detailing the results of the assessment and associated recommendations
  • Feedback session to review the outcomes of the assessment

Assessment fees are outlined in the fee schedule below and are payable upon receipt of the report. Reports cannot be released until assessment fees are paid in full.

Consultation Fees

Consultation fees are set at $250 and are payable at the end of the session. Fees for the provision of professional letters are also set at $250 and are payable upon receipt of the letter.

Cancellation Fees

If for some reason you need to cancel or postpone an appointment, at least 24 hours’ notice is required, otherwise you may be charged a cancellation fee of $110.

Rebates

Unfortunately, there are no Medicare rebates for assessment services and related consultation. Assessments are not covered by a Mental Health Care Plan and Medicare rebates under the Better Access to Mental Health Care Initiative do not apply.
